Main responsibility :

Under the supervision of the site manager, the Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the coordination of all equipment assembly work in the substation.

Functions

  • Electrical equipment test
  • Inspection protocols for the monitoring and commissioning
  • Testing and commissioning of electrical equipment
  • Testing of power equipment
  • Commissioning support service
  • Commissioning tests Auxiliary services.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Commissioning Engineer (M/F) – Kinshasa Requirements

Hard skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field;
  • Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in French, English is a plus;
  • 5 or more years’ experience, in commissioning of substations;
  • Strong experience in 220, 132, 33 y 6,6 Kv substations;
  • Handling of test equipment (Omicron, CPC 100, TD1, CPC 356, Megger …).

Soft skills:

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline people and excellent supervision skills.
  • Passionate about Africa.
